The fastest way to reach an electrician

If you have a fault or an urgent problem, call us. In an emergency a phone call is always faster than email: you speak directly to an engineer who can assess how urgent the situation is and tell you what to do until we arrive.

For a quote or planned work, the form works well. Feel free to attach a photo — that often lets us give a price indication without visiting first.

When to call immediately

• You smell burning near the fuse box or a socket
• You see sparks or hear crackling
• A socket or switch is hot or discoloured
• The RCD will no longer switch back on
• You have no power while your neighbours do

In these cases we advise switching off the main breaker and calling us straight away.
