We handle your data carefully. Below you can read which personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible?
Elektra Experts is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us using the details on the contact page.
What data do we process?
Only what you provide yourself: your name, telephone number, email address, the address where work is to be carried out, and the description of your request. For quotations and invoices we also process the resulting order details.
What do we use it for?
- Responding to your enquiry and preparing a quotation
- Carrying out the work and issuing the invoice
- Meeting our legal obligations, including tax record-keeping
- Handling warranty and follow-up work
How long do we keep it?
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Invoicing records are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires. Inspection reports are kept for the duration of the warranty period.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only where it is necessary to carry out the work — for example with a grid operator when an application has to be submitted — or where the law requires it. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and request a copy. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
This website uses an encrypted connection. Access to customer records is limited to staff who need it for their work.
