Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations and works carried out by Elektra Experts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Scope
These conditions apply to every quotation, order and work carried out by Elektra Experts, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for thirty days and are based on the situation as surveyed. A quotation becomes binding once accepted in writing or by email.
3. Additional work
Work outside the accepted quotation is only carried out after agreement with you. Where a hidden defect comes to light during the work, we stop, explain the position and agree the way forward before continuing.
4. Execution
All work is carried out in accordance with NEN 1010 and the applicable safety regulations, by certified engineers.
5. Emergency work
Emergency work outside normal working hours is charged at the emergency rate stated in advance. That rate is confirmed before we attend.
6. Completion and inspection
On completion the installation is tested and, where applicable, an inspection report is issued.
7. Warranty
We provide warranty on both materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party intervention, misuse or external causes.
8. Payment
Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects an instalment schedule may be agreed.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the relevant work and to the amount paid out by our liability insurer.
10. Complaints
Complaints should be reported to us in writing within fourteen days of completion, so that we have the opportunity to resolve them.
11. Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
